Workday Analyst

Job Description :

- Ability to partner with the business to understand needs and translate them into technology requirements, using a consultative approach to understand the system functionality and apply that knowledge to solutioning / working with the business on process efficiencies

- Be proficient with functional & technical support on Workday Time Off

- Work with the HR & IT HR teams in the planning and execution of Workday's functional/technical projects through our Agile process

- Manage and configure updates to Workday by partnering with the product team, documenting requirements, tracking updates through Jira, and managing updates through sprint process

- Represent the technical team for the health of the Time Off and Absence areas of Workday, in terms of quality of operational effectiveness from a functional & technical standpoint

- Experience in supporting technical needs for the HR domain and specifically, experience in Workday is required

- Knowledge of, and experience configuring and managing Workday Absence and Time Off is required

- Ability to participate in design and configuration workshops for implementation projects as well as enhancement projects

- Create clear and comprehensive change documents for application modifications and new functionality additions, for Workday

- Analyze and implement application configurations

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high quality prior to deployment

- Experience working with customers to gather requirements and translating them into system/technology

requirements is a must

- History of working with confidential data is preferred

- Experience supporting large corporate applications and systems.

- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including debugging and analysis of performance issues.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with users and provide a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional manner.

- Able to generate and analyze data and reports (Strong Excel & PowerPoint Experience).

- Experience in a Global environment preferred.
