Agentic AI Solution Design :

Manager Agents :

Recruiter Agents :

- Resume screening

- Hiring analytics

HR Business Partner Agents :

- Workforce analytics

- Attrition prediction

- Skills gap analysis

- Organizational effectiveness recommendations

- Talent insights generation

Workday AI Architecture :

- Design solutions leveraging Workday AI capabilities.

- Architect integrations between Workday and GenAI platforms.

- Enable intelligent business processes using Workday workflows.

- Define AI data architecture for workforce intelligence.

- Build AI-enhanced reporting and analytics solutions.

Generative AI & LLM Integration :

- Integrate Workday with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.

- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Implement prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks.

- Design multi-agent collaboration patterns.

- Develop conversational AI experiences.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, AI, or related field.

- 10+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience.

- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.

- 3+ years of AI, GenAI, or Machine Learning solution design experience.

- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.

Leadership Responsibilities :

- Lead AI and Workday architecture initiatives.

- Mentor architects, consultants, and AI engineers.

- Drive innovation programs within HR technology.

- Participate in executive strategy discussions.

- Support business development and pre-sales activities.

- Develop AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.
