Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning professional with strong experience in Workday Production Support, reporting, analytics, security configurations, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in troubleshooting data issues, implementing system changes, and supporting business users to ensure smooth Workday operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end Workday Production Support and resolve system-related issues efficiently.

- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot unexpected system results, process flaws, and data discrepancies.

- Recommend solutions and alternative approaches to meet business objectives.

- Handle Workday data corrections and troubleshoot integration/data-related issues.

- Develop and maintain Workday Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics solutions.

- Manage Workday Security configurations, role assignments, and access-related changes.

- Gather business requirements and prepare technical specifications/documentation.

- Develop test scenarios, conduct UAT/acceptance testing, and support implementation activities.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.

- Ensure system changes are documented and aligned with compliance standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Workday HCM Support.

- Expertise in Workday Production Support and issue management.

- Experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics.

- Hands-on knowledge of Workday Security configuration and administration.

- Good understanding of Data Corrections and troubleshooting.

- Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and implementation support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Workday Integrations.

- Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Payroll modules.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- Workday Certification will be an added advantage.
