Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for enterprise budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial reporting, and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial planning processes and Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities, enabling organizations to drive data-driven decision-making and improve planning efficiency.

The role involves collaborating with Finance, FP&A, HR, and business stakeholders to design scalable planning models, reporting frameworks, and forecasting solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Workday Adaptive Planning solutions based on business requirements.

- Design and develop planning models for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial analysis.

- Configure sheets, dimensions, levels, versions, assumptions, and security settings within Adaptive Planning.

- Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and management reporting solutions.

- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to streamline planning and reporting processes.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.

- Perform data integration activities between Adaptive Planning and ERP, HR, Payroll, and other enterprise systems.

- Analyze business requirements and recommend best-practice planning solutions.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.

- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to business teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.

- Experience in Workday Financial Management or Workday HCM integrations.

- Exposure to enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions.

- Experience working on implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

- Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and financial analytics.
