Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials Consultant with strong expertise in Accounting & Finance modules to provide production support and functional expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Workday Financials, troubleshooting accounting transactions, configuring business processes, creating reports, and collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for Workday Financials and resolve functional issues.

- Troubleshoot accounting transactions, journals, supplier invoices, customer invoices, and financial postings.

- Support and maintain core Workday Financials modules, including :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Supplier Accounts

5. Customer Accounts

6. Banking & Settlements

7. Payments

- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financials Business Processes.

- Develop and maintain Workday Financials reports, dashboards, and Report Writer reports.

- Manage Workday security, including role assignments, user provisioning, and periodic access reviews.

- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and system enhancements.

- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to analyze issues and implement solutions.

- Participate in production releases, change management, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience with Workday Financials, preferably in a production support environment.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Supplier Accounts

5. Customer Accounts

6. Banking & Settlements

7. Payments

- Experience troubleshooting Workday Financials transactions, accounting postings, journals, supplier invoices, and customer invoices.

- Experience configuring and maintaining Workday Financials Business Processes.

- Strong expertise in Workday Report Writer, custom reports, and dashboards.

- Experience with Workday Security configuration, role assignments, and user provisioning.

- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production releases, and system enhancements.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Workday Financials implementation and/or post-production support.

- Exposure to enterprise Finance transformation projects.

- Experience working with global Finance and Accounting teams.
