Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Workato Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise integration solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Workato, API development, event-driven integrations, real-time workflows, troubleshooting, and integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable and reusable integrations using Workato.

- Build complex APIs, event-driven workflows, and real-time integrations.

- Own integration solutions from design and development through deployment and production support.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.

- Improve integration performance, scalability, reliability, and error handling.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

- Ensure integration security, governance, and adherence to technical standards.

- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior engineers.

- Drive delivery excellence through technical ownership and accountability.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Workato and enterprise integrations.

- Experience in API development and API-based integrations.

- Expertise in event-driven and real-time integration workflows.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

- Knowledge of integration architecture, security, and governance.

- Experience in production support and performance optimization.

- Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

- Background Verification (BGV): Yes

- UAN number is mandatory when submitting candidate profiles.

- Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the office 2 - 3 days per week in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

- Candidates must be comfortable attending a face-to-face (F2F) interview.
