Job Description :

Role : Workato Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Workato Integration Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise integrations and workflow automations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workato recipes, API integrations, and connecting enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, and third-party platforms.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workato recipes across multiple enterprise applications.

- Build scalable, reusable, and efficient workflows to automate complex business processes.

- Integrate systems including CRM, ERP, HRMS, finance, and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Develop and maintain real-time and batch integrations while ensuring data consistency and reliability.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration and workflow issues in a timely manner.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between connected systems.

- Maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, APIs, and data mappings.

- Ensure all integrations comply with security, governance, and compliance standards.

- Monitor integration performance and recommend optimization improvements.

- Support deployment activities, production releases, and post-production maintenance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Workato platform and recipe development.

- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

- Good knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and middleware concepts.

- Experience in API authentication methods including OAuth, JWT, Basic Auth, and token-based authentication.

- Strong understanding of ETL, data transformation, and integration patterns.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS integrations.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting integration failures and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD processes, and version control tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workato certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience with iPaaS platforms and automation tools.

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL is an added advantage.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Experience Required :

- 4+ years of integration development experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato platform.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
