Job Description
Position Name Workato Integration Architect.
Experience 10+ Years.
Location Remote.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and support Workato recipes integrating Salesforce and other platforms.
- Build and maintain end-to-end automation for sales compensation and incentive processes.
- Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred).
- Implement and support Xactly Incent, Analytics, and Connect.
- Manage data synchronization, validation, and reconciliation between systems.
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization in Workato.
- Collaborate with business, sales ops, and finance teams to gather requirements.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Mandatory Skills :
- Workato strong hands-on experience building integrations and automations.
- Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, and data management.
- Good to have Xactly.
- API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
