We are seeking a skilled and cost-effective Workato Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of automation workflows and integrations between multiple business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable integrations using Workato and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations and automation workflows using Workato

- Build and manage APIs, connectors, recipes, and workflows between cloud and on-premise applications

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements

- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring high reliability and performance

- Optimize existing automation processes for scalability and efficiency

- Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and technical configurations

- Support data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across systems

- Ensure best practices for security, error handling, and governance within Workato implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Atleast 5 years of hands-on experience with Workato

- Strong understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and data transformations

- Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, or support systems

- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues independently

- Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams

- Experience with automation best practices and workflow optimization
