Job Title : Workato Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Workato Consultant to design, develop, and implement integrations using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation, APIs, and connecting various enterprise applications to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build integrations (recipes) using Workato

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Integrate systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other SaaS platforms

- Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and data workflows

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations

- Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in automation

- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams

- Document integration processes and provide training/support

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Workato

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML

- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS integrations

- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar)

- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workato certifications (e.g., Automation Pro)

- Experience with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems

- Understanding of iPaaS platforms and middleware concepts

- Prior consulting or client-facing experience

Experience :

- 2 - 6+ years in integration, automation, or middleware roles

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end integration solutions

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
