Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Analyst with strong expertise in OneStream XF to support, enhance, and optimize financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance and accounting workflows along with hands-on technical experience in OneStream.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and enhance OneStream Planning, Financial Close, and Consolidation models to align with business requirements.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize OneStream applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Manage and configure OneStream components including :

1. Dimensions and metadata

2. Data sources and transformation rules

3. Workflow channels and profiles

4. Cube views, dashboards, and forms

- Design and implement business rules (VB.Net preferred) to meet functional requirements.

- Perform data integration and ensure accurate data flow across systems.

- Handle data reconciliation between OneStream and source systems.

- Support month-end close processes and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

- Manage security setup and user access controls.

- Execute artifact migration and deployment across environments.

- Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA for issue tracking and resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream XF.

- Strong understanding of accounting and finance business processes.

- Expertise in multi-dimensional cubes and data integration within OneStream.

- Proficiency in :

1. OneStream components (Workflow, Cube Views, Dashboards, Data Management, etc.)

2. SQL and relational data models

- Ability to optimize performance for data loads, calculations, and queries.

- Experience in financial data reconciliation and reporting accuracy.

- Knowledge of OneStream Account Reconciliation and marketplace solutions.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Working knowledge of VB.Net.

- Experience in application deployment and migration across environments.
