WLAN Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated WLAN Developer with strong experience in Linux system programming and device driver development. The ideal candidate will work on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of WLAN (802.11) driver stacks, ensuring high performance and reliability on embedded platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Integrate and port WLAN solutions on embedded systems and SoCs.
- Work on kernel modules, user-space interfaces, and device-tree configurations.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for driver bring-up and validation.
- Optimize performance and power efficiency of WLAN stacks.
- Analyze and fix bugs reported from internal testing and field issues.
- Participate in system-level architecture and design discussions.
- Develop automated test scripts for WLAN functionality and regression testing.
Key Skills Required :
- Deep understanding of device driver development (preferably WLAN drivers).
- Solid knowledge of WLAN protocols (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
- Experience in Linux Networking Stack, including cfg80211, mac80211, netlink.
- Good understanding of SDIO, PCIe, USB interfaces used for WLAN chipsets.
- Familiarity with cross-compilation tools, build systems (Yocto, Buildroot), and bootloaders (U-Boot).
- Experience with version control tools (Git) and issue tracking (JIRA).
- Proficiency in C programming, debugging tools (GDB, trace-cmd, perf), and log analysis.
