Mandatory Skills:

- S2P / Procurement Business Analysis experience (7+ years) across enterprise procurement transformation programs.

- Strong functional expertise in Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

- Hands-on implementation experience with procurement platforms such as GEP SMART, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Zycus.

- Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and authoring functional specifications.

- Strong experience creating source-to-target mappings and supporting data migration activities.

- Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

- Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business validation.

- Strong stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation skills.

Optional Skills:

- Strong functional implementation experience with GEP SMART (highly preferred).

- Exposure to Collibra, data governance, metadata management, and data catalog concepts.

- Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain experience.

- Experience working on global procurement transformation and operating model programs.

- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, procurement master data, and data migration frameworks.

- Exposure to reporting and analytics platforms supporting procurement operation.
