Role Overview :

As an AWS Data Architect, you will serve as the technical anchor for designing and implementing robust data platforms that integrate advanced AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and key business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, cloud-native architectures. Your work will directly influence how our clients harness their data assets, ensuring that the solutions you build not only meet current performance demands but also provide the intelligence necessary for long-term strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end data pipelines and cloud-native storage solutions on AWS to support high-volume data processing and real-time analytics.

- Integrate AI and Machine Learning models into existing data workflows to automate insights and enhance predictive capabilities for business users.

- Develop sophisticated data visualization dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to translate complex technical outputs into intuitive, actionable business intelligence.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy data warehouses to AWS-based architectures to improve system performance and reduce operational costs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance frameworks and security protocols, ensuring compliance and data integrity across all cloud environments.

- Mentor junior engineering team members by establishing best practices for code quality, architectural design, and cloud resource optimization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable data architectures on AWS, including services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, and Lambda.

- Proven ability to operationalize AI/ML models within data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration between data engineering and data science workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in building interactive, high-impact dashboards using either Tableau or Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex architectural decisions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing performance and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment based in Bangalore, maintaining high standards of delivery and professional accountability.

- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures and system design.
