Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize PTC Windchill applications based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Windchill customizations using Java, JSP, JCA, and Windchill APIs.

- Configure and support Windchill modules including PDMLink and MPMLink.

- Develop and consume REST APIs for integrations with enterprise systems.

- Perform data migration using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and other migration tools.

- Lead migration activities from legacy PLM systems to Windchill.

- Design and implement Windchill workflows, lifecycle states, and business rules.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver PLM solutions.

- Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with PTC Windchill PLM.

- Hands-on experience with:

1. Windchill Customization

2. PDMLink

3. MPMLink

4. Windchill REST APIs

5. Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM)

6. Windchill Migration

- Strong Java/J2EE development skills.

- Experience with Windchill APIs, and JCA.

- Good understanding of Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and access control.

- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of Oracle or SQL databases.

- Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git.
