Sterling OMS Developer

We are looking for an experienced Sterling OMS Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) customization and development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of order management processes, Java-based development, APIs, and modern integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.

- Work on Order Management Foundation modules including Distributed Order Management, Supply Collaboration, Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, and Reverse Logistics.

- Design and develop integrations using Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and Web Services.

- Work with event-driven architecture and Kafka-based integrations.

- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot Sterling OMS applications and integrations.

- Work with IBM Cloud technologies and related platforms.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and provide effective solutions.

- Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS customization.

- In-depth knowledge of Sterling OMS Order Management Foundation modules.

- Strong expertise in Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and Web Services.

- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.

- Proficiency in IBM Cloud technologies.

- Exposure to Microservices architecture is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
