About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) / IO Supply to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of cloud-based Supply Chain Planning solutions for global enterprises. This role requires a strong blend of functional supply chain expertise and technical architecture capabilities to deliver scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions that optimize planning, forecasting, inventory, and supply chain execution. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Integrated Operations (IO), S&OP, Demand Planning, and Fulfillment, along with hands-on experience implementing leading planning platforms such as Blue Yonder (JDA), o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, or similar enterprise planning solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, engineering teams, and customers to define solution architecture, conduct business process analysis, drive solution design, and lead successful end-to-end implementations while ensuring best practices across cloud-native SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Architecture & Design :

- Design scalable, cloud-native Enterprise Supply Chain Planning solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Architect end-to-end Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Fulfillment solutions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.

- Define enterprise architecture standards, integration frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.

- Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

2. Supply Chain Planning Implementation :

- Lead implementation of Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Integrated Operations (IO Supply) solutions.

- Configure and optimize planning processes including :

1. Supply Planning

2. Demand Planning

3. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

4. Inventory Optimization (IO)

5. Supply Chain Planning (SCP)

6. Fulfillment Planning

7. Capacity Planning

- Drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and retail supply chains.

3. Business Process Consulting :

- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.

- Recommend best practices for planning processes and supply chain optimization.

- Advise clients on solution capabilities and process transformation strategies.

4. Cloud & SaaS Solution Delivery :

- Architect, migrate, and implement cloud-native SaaS Supply Chain Planning platforms.

- Lead migration from legacy planning systems to modern cloud platforms.

- Design scalable integration architectures with ERP, WMS, MES, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

- Support cloud deployment strategies on Azure and other cloud platforms.

5. AI, Analytics & Forecasting :

- Implement AI/ML-based forecasting and planning models.

- Develop Time Series Forecasting models to improve demand accuracy.

- Leverage advanced analytics to optimize inventory and supply planning.

- Collaborate with Data Science teams to enhance planning intelligence.

- Utilize Python and R for predictive analytics and optimization use cases.

6. Technical Leadership :

- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new planning capabilities.

- Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and implementation assets.

- Review solution quality, architecture standards, and technical documentation.

- Mentor consultants and implementation teams.

7. Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Lead end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation.

- Coordinate defect identification, tracking, and resolution.

- Ensure successful deployment and post-production stabilization.

- Validate functional and technical solution quality.

8. Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business leaders, supply chain teams, project managers, and technology teams.

- Present solution architecture and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

- Manage customer expectations throughout implementation.

- Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and governance meetings.

9. Documentation & Knowledge Management :

- Prepare solution architecture documents, functional specifications, and design artifacts.

- Develop implementation guides, training materials, and user documentation.

- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Maintain project documentation and architecture repositories.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Planning implementations.

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Integrated Operations (IO), Supply Chain Planning, and Demand Planning.

- Hands-on implementation experience with one or more planning platforms :

4. SAP IBP

5. Oracle Supply Chain Planning

- Experience in cloud-native SaaS implementations.

- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven forecasting models and advanced planning analytics.

- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
