Job Overview :

Willware Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect to lead enterprise-scale IT Asset Management initiatives across large and complex environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions including Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), along with deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, and enterprise governance frameworks.

The candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable ITAM solutions, driving implementation strategies, managing integrations, and leading technical teams while ensuring asset governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow ITAM solutions across Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).

- Define and implement ITAM strategies, governance models, compliance frameworks, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

- Drive end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, maintenance, compliance, optimization, and retirement.

- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise tools such as SCCM, Flexera, BigFix, Qualys, and other discovery or asset management platforms.

- Work closely with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM teams to ensure accurate configuration management and data integrity across the platform.

- Lead Discovery and Service Mapping implementations to improve visibility and operational management of enterprise infrastructure and assets.

- Develop and review technical solutions involving JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ServiceNow platform customizations.

- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development and implementation teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, software asset managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements and define scalable solutions.

- Establish and maintain CMDB governance, asset data quality standards, and operational processes.

- Drive software license compliance, optimization initiatives, and audit readiness activities.

- Participate in solution planning, effort estimation, technical reviews, risk assessments, and governance discussions.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, enterprise security standards, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM architecture and implementation.

Expertise in :

- ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.

Experience with :

- Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Lifecycle Management, and License Compliance.

Strong knowledge of :

- REST APIs, SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.

Hands-on experience in :

- JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ServiceNow platform development.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with :

- SCCM, Flexera, BigFix, Qualys, and similar enterprise tools.

- Strong understanding of asset governance, compliance standards, software licensing models, and CMDB strategy.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

ServiceNow certifications such as :

- CSA, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-ITSM, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation and architecture programs.

- Ability to lead technical teams, manage client interactions, and drive large-scale implementation initiatives independently.
