- Working on Integration using Scripted SOAP Inbound and Outbound.

- Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.

- Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites.

- Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality.

- Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.

- Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST.

- Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow.

- Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.

- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.

- 6- 10 years direct experience in enterprise level application Integration.
