Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNo w platform development and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, portal development, integrations, platform customization, and risk management implementations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions while ensuring platform stability, workflow automation, and seamless integrations with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on GRC / IRM modules.

- Work extensively on ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.

- Configure and customize GRC / IRM applications including policy management, risk management, compliance management, audit management, and issue management.

- Develop and enhance Service Portal components including widgets, pages, and AngularJS-based customizations.

- Work on UI Builder and Agent Workspace customizations and enhancements.

- Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, data migration, and data handling activities.

- Perform update set management, deployment activities, and instance management across development, testing, and production environments.

- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.

- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.

- Hands-on expertise in : Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.

- Experience with UI Builder and Agent Workspace.

- Hands-on experience in Service Portal development including widgets, pages, and AngularJS basics.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and framework.

- Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data handling processes.

- Experience in update sets deployment and instance management.

- Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations in ServiceNow.

- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience working on enterprise-level ServiceNow GRC / IRM implementation and support projects.

- Ability to independently manage development, customization, integration, and deployment activities.

- Good understanding of governance, compliance, audit, and risk management processes.

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-IRM will be an added advantage
