Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Telecommunications Network Inventory Management to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Telecom Service Management (TSM), CMDB, CSDM, integrations, and telecom network inventory modeling.

The candidate will work closely with telecom SMEs, architects, and business stakeholders to build and maintain accurate telecom infrastructure models, automate workflows, and ensure seamless integration with OSS/BSS systems.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development:

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications related to telecom network inventory management.

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules including:

CMDB.

Telecom Service Management (TSM).

Service Catalog.

Workflow / Flow Designer.

- Utilize JavaScript and Glide APIs for custom development.

- Build REST/SOAP API integrations with telecom OSS/BSS systems.

Telecom Network Inventory Management :

Model telecom network components such as :

- Routers.

- Switches.

- BTS.

- Circuits.

- Fiber & transport layers.

- Maintain logical and physical network relationships.

- Ensure accurate network topology and service hierarchy management.

- Support end-to-end service traceability between customer services and network resources.

Align inventory models with :

- TM Forum standards (SID/eTOM).

- ServiceNow CSDM framework.

Integration & Automation :

Develop integrations with :

- OSS systems.

- Inventory tools.

- CRM and Billing systems.

Implement automation workflows for :

- Service provisioning.

- Inventory reconciliation.

- Network change management.

Work with :

- IntegrationHub.

- MID Server.

- ServiceNow APIs

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.

Expertise in :

- CMDB.

- CSDM.

- JavaScript.

- Glide API.

- Hands-on experience with:

- Telecom Service Management (TSM).

- Network inventory tools.

Experience with :
