Job Description :

WillWare Technologies is hiring a ServiceNow Now Assist with OMS Integration Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, Now Assist capabilities, AI-driven workflows, and OMS integration scenarios.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development using JavaScript and GlideScript along with experience in configuring and implementing ITSM and FSM modules. The candidate should be capable of independently handling build and run operations for Now Assist implementations.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development including JavaScript and GlideScript.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and AI-driven development capabilities.

- Experience in configuring and implementing ITSM, FSM, and Now Assist modules.

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.

- Experience with Work Order Management, Scheduling, Dispatching, and FSM processes.

- Ability to independently manage development, customization, implementation, and support activities.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of JIRA and OMS with ServiceNow integration scenarios.

- Experience with Service Portal and UI customization.

- Experience working with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.

Role Expectations :

- Need to independently operate build and run functions on Now Assist.

- Work as a Developer / Senior Developer focused on ServiceNow Now Assist implementations.

- Ability to configure, customize, and implement FSM modules effectively.

- Strong troubleshooting, integration, and support capabilities.
