Description :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, AI Ops, Integration, and SPM, along with strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions, driving platform strategy, leading complex implementations, and mentoring technical teams while ensuring alignment with ITIL and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities Architectural Design & Strategy :

- Define and drive ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

- Create architecture diagrams, technical designs, and integration strategies.

- Evaluate existing platform capabilities and recommend improvements.

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, AI Ops, SPM, and integrations.

- Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

- Oversee integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

- Support migration, upgrade, maintenance, and instance merge activities.

Technical Leadership & Governance :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.

- Establish coding standards, architecture governance, and best practices.

- Ensure platform security, performance optimization, scalability, and compliance.

- Review business requirements and ensure accurate effort estimation.

Stakeholder & Customer Management :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

- Conduct customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly status reports.

- Manage customer expectations, risks, escalations, and conflict resolution effectively.

Platform Optimization & Innovation :

- Evaluate platform stability and performance and recommend improvements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce technical debt.

- Participate in planning, retrospectives, and solution review discussions.

Mentorship & Documentation :

- Mentor junior developers and architects on ServiceNow best practices.

- Maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
