About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPQ Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-scale SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience managing offshore delivery teams, and a proven ability to drive complex projects involving global stakeholders.

This is a highly visible role requiring close collaboration with business leaders, solution architects, implementation teams, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end SAP CPQ implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation projects.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and delivery strategies.

- Manage project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

- Ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline commitments.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management:

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, leadership teams, clients, and delivery teams.

- Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status updates.

- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

- Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and key decision-makers.

Risk & Issue Management:

- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.

- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution.

- Drive issue resolution and escalation management across multiple workstreams.

SAP CPQ Program Execution:

- Coordinate SAP CPQ implementation activities across functional and technical teams.

- Ensure seamless collaboration between business users, SAP consultants, architects, and development teams.

- Support solution planning, requirement discussions, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to delivery standards and best practices.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of overall Project Management experience.

- Strong experience managing SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation or transformation projects.

- Proven experience handling complex enterprise application projects from offshore delivery centers.

- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, governance, and stakeholder management.

- Strong risk management, issue management, and mitigation planning capabilities.

- Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage highly visible projects with direct leadership exposure.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAP Sales Cloud, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP ecosystems.

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
