- Design, develop, and maintain Wi-Fi Access Point (AP) software

- Drive feature development and integration based on Wi-Fi 6 / Wi-Fi 7 specifications

- Collaborate with hardware teams for SoC bring-up and board-level software integration

- Integrate SDKs from leading SoC vendors such as Qualcomm or MediaTek

- Own feature sustenance, issue triaging, debugging, and software maintenance

- Deliver high-quality code aligned with performance, reliability, and compliance goals

- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to best practices in embedded wireless software development

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi AP software development

- Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards, especially Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be)

- Experience in designing and implementing complex features in Wi-Fi networking stacks

- Proficient in embedded C/C++ programming for real-time systems

- Working experience with Qualcomm/MediaTek SDKs, including SoC-level integration and customization

- Good understanding of networking protocols, wireless security, and RF behavior

- Strong debugging skills using tools like GDB, Wireshark, and serial/JTAG interfaces
