White Code Labs is building, a secure, multi-tenant, distributed cloud intelligence platform designed to detect and safely remediate infrastructure waste across enterprise cloud environments.
This is not a dashboard tool.

We are building infrastructure intelligence not scripts.

The Role :

We are looking for a Product-Minded Infrastructure Architect who understands cloud systems deeply and can think beyond implementation.
This is not a traditional DevOps role.

You will work alongside backend engineers to :

- Define intelligent cloud detection logic

- Improve safety and governance modeling

- Anticipate enterprise risk scenarios

- Design product-level capabilities

- Guide architectural decisions

- Enhance business logic for defensibility

What Youll Do :

Product Strategy for Infrastructure Intelligence :

A. Design intelligent idle detection improvements

B. Propose new cloud intelligence capabilities

C. Reduce false positives through smarter modeling

D. Define safety and risk scoring frameworks

E. Help shape the AI evolution roadmap

Cloud Architecture & Risk Modeling :

A. Model multi-account AWS organizations

B. Design dependency-aware remediation safeguards

C. Identify blast radius scenarios

D. Improve policy and governance layers

E. Think in terms of enterprise compliance and auditability

Guide Backend Engineering :

A. Translate product ideas into system-level constraints

B. Define edge cases engineers might miss

C. Review architecture for scalability & security

D. Ensure tenant isolation and safety controls

Design Feedback Loops :

- Define telemetry needed for future ML models

- Design decision trace storage

- Improve explainability framework

- Shape data structures for long-term defensibility

Requirements :

1. 6+ years experience in Cloud / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering

2. Deep AWS experience (IAM, EC2, ASG, EFS, CloudWatch, Organizations)

3. Experience with multi-account architectures

4. Strong understanding of cloud cost drivers

5. Experience designing safe automation systems

6. Ability to think in product terms, not just technical tasks

Strongly Preferred :

1. Experience in FinOps, Cost Optimization, or AIOps

2. Experience building multi-tenant SaaS systems

3. Familiarity with risk modeling or governance frameworks

4. Experience working in early-stage startup environments

5. Exposure to ML/AI systems in infrastructure contexts
