- Lead end-to-end hardware design (schematics, PCB, BOM) for IoT devices.

- Ensure performance, power, RF, EMI/EMC, and compliance standards are met.

- Collaborate with firmware, testing, and manufacturing teams for integration.

- Define and execute validation plans; drive RCA and design improvements.

- Implement DFM/DFT principles and optimize BOM for cost and scalability.

- Support certification processes (AIS140, STQC, CE, RoHS, BIS).

Qualifications :

- Education : B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.

- Experience : 4- 12 years in hardware design, with 2+ years in IoT/embedded products.

- Proficiency in schematic & PCB tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad).

- Strong expertise in analog/digital circuits, RF, and low-power electronics.

- Experience with GPS, GSM/LTE, BLE, Wi-Fi, sensors, and microcontrollers.

- Knowledge of power management, battery systems, DFM/DFT, and manufacturing processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
