What you will do :

- Analyze business, customer, and portfolio data to generate actionable insights.

- Perform Funnel Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Work with bureau and transactional data to evaluate customer behavior and portfolio performance.

- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and business analysis.

- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.

- Monitor KPIs and support strategic business decisions through data.

- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Business, and Operations teams on real-world projects.

- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

What we are looking for :

- Strong SQL knowledge (Mandatory) Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions, Aggregate Functions & Analytical Queries.

- Good understanding of Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Funnel Analysis & RCA.

- Hands-on experience with Excel; Power BI is preferred.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Passion for working with data and solving business challenges.
