About the Role :

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Operations Manager to own and scale our website operations end to end. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the website is fast, reliable, compliant, and continuously improving. You will act as the central point of contact across teams, managing website governance, release management, HubSpot CMS operations, SEO oversight, and CRO support.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the complete website maintenance and operations lifecycle, from updates to ongoing optimization

- Manage priorities, SLAs, release schedules, QA processes, and production deployments

- Define and enforce website governance, including templates, modules, workflows, and best practices

- Serve as the primary liaison between Content, Design, Development, SEO, CRO, Analytics, and QA teams

- Oversee HubSpot CMS operations, including performance, security, uptime, and compliance standards

- Support SEO initiatives, A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization efforts

- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed

- Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve website efficiency, performance, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience managing websites and CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS strongly preferred)

- Strong experience in website operations, release management, and cross-functional coordination

- Solid understanding of QA processes, SEO fundamentals, CRO, accessibility standards, and web analytics

- Ability to balance urgent issues, routine operations, and long-term strategic initiatives

- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
