Our client is looking for WebLogic Middleware Specialist

Desired candidate should have :

Experience : 6 -10 years in Middleware administration and weblogic server.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced WebLogic Middleware Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain robust middleware solutions. You will work with development, operations, and business teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of Oracle WebLogic applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Middleware Administration :

- Install, configure, and manage Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS) environments

- Deploy and manage Java EE applications (EAR/WAR) on WLS

- Configure and manage clusters, JMS, JTA, and connection pools

2. Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting :

- Monitor and optimize WLS performance (JVM tuning, thread pools, etc.)

- Troubleshoot issues (deployment failures, performance bottlenecks, errors)

- Implement high availability and disaster recovery for WLS environments

3. Integration and Automation :

- Integrate WLS with other systems (databases, messaging, APIs)

- Automate deployment and configuration using WLST (WebLogic Scripting Tool)

- Work with CI/CD pipelines for middleware deployments

4. Security and Compliance :

- Implement and manage WLS security (authentication, authorization, SSL)

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

5. Collaboration and Best Practices :

- Partner with development, testing, and operations teams

- Document configurations, changes, and technical decisions

- Mentor junior middleware engineers

- Good Communication skills

Qualification : Any Graduate.

Candidate should be willing to work with the START UP company.
