We are seeking an experienced Way4 Developer to design, develop, customize, and support the Temenos Way4 Payments Platform. The role involves strong hands-on development, configuration, and integration experience in card issuing and/or acquiring systems, along with production support responsibilities.

Way4 Development & Configuration :

- Design, develop, and customize Way4 modules based on business requirements.

- Configure card products, fees, limits, interest, and lifecycle rules.

- Develop and maintain Way4 PPL, PL/SQL, and custom components.

- Implement authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation logic.

Integration & Interfaces :

- Develop and support interfaces with Core Banking Systems, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, payment gateways, fraud systems, and ATM/POS networks.

- Work with ISO 8583 messages and Way4 APIs.

- Troubleshoot interface and transaction issues.

Production Support :

- Provide L2/L3 support for Way4 production environments.

- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for incidents.

- Handle batch jobs, EOD, and reconciliation issues.

- Ensure SLA adherence and system stability.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work closely with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and architects.

- Participate in requirement analysis, estimations, and code reviews.

- Support UAT, deployments, and post go live activities.

- Document technical designs and operational procedures.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of IT experience with strong Way4 development exposure.

- Hands-on experience in Way4 Issuing and/or Acquiring.

- Proficiency in PPL, PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix/Linux.

- Strong understanding of card payment lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute processing.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Visa / Mastercard / RuPay integrations.

- Exposure to PCI DSS, EMV, ISO 8583.

- Way4 certifications, Agile delivery models, and basic knowledge of Java or C/C++.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in team environments.

- Willingness to support critical production issues.
