WanderOn - UI/UX Team Lead

Job Description :

What you'll do :

- Own the end-to-end UX & UI for our web and mobile products

- Lead and mentor a small design team (reviews, feedback, growth)

- Work closely with Product & Engineering to shape features early

- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity UI

- Build and maintain a scalable design system

- Ensure designs are usable, consistent, and business-aligned

What we're looking for :

- 5 to 7 years in UI/UX or Product Design

- Experience leading or mentoring designers

- Strong portfolio with real product work

- Excellent UX thinking + clean visual design

- Very strong in Figma

- Comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments

- Experience in Creating AI Code Agents Ready Designs

Nice to have :

- Startup or product-led company experience

- Basic understanding of frontend constraints

- Experience with B2C / mobile-first products
