The Product Design team at Wakefit builds elegant, intuitive digital experiences that make buying home and sleep products simple, confident, and delightful. We work across user research, and visual design to create a best-in-class direct-to-consumer shopping experience. Our work is deeply data-informed, combining customer insights, behavioral analytics, and experimentation to continuously improve discovery, conversion, and loyalty across Wakefit's digital ecosystem.

About the Role :

As a Product Designer/ Sr. Product Designer, you will own and drive design across critical parts of Wakefit's D2C website, mobile app and internal applications. You will lead end-to-end design for complex customer journeys, influence product strategy, and ensure a consistently high bar of UX and visual quality. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams while mentoring designers and contributing to scalable design systems in a fast-growing consumer technology environment.

- Problem definition & User-centric thinking - Own key customer journeys and translate insights into clear, high-impact experiences. Lead design from problem discovery to final delivery

- Strategic Collaboration - Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and align on priorities. Represent design in product discussions and influence roadmap decisions

- Data-Driven Design - Use funnels, conversion data, and user feedback to guide design decisions. Continuously optimize experiences based on real customer behaviour

- Prototyping, Testing & Iteration - Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas quickly. Lead usability testing and refine designs through iterative feedback

- Design Systems & Quality - Contribute to and evolve Wakefit's design system. Maintain a high bar for usability, visual craft, and interaction quality

Must-haves :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI)

- Proven experience designing D2C or e-commerce digital products Strong experience with mobile apps and high-traffic websites Experience leading or mentoring designers

- Hands-on expertise in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and e-commerce journeys.
