Key Responsibilities :

Development & Administration :

- Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Administer the Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with guidance from the power platform architect.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform applications and workflows.

- Mentor, train, and help upskill other team members within the power platform team.

- Deliver citizen developer training and lead office hours sessions with the citizen developer community

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using RPA in conjunction with Power Platform tools.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and workflows.

- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect).

- 6+ years of experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.

- Experience With Co-Pilot Studio And Other AI Toolsets.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.

- Experience with middleware tools for integrations is a big plus.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Experience with Power Platform environments for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related processes.
