Job Title : Front End Developer
Location : Bengaluru, India (Hybrid 3 Days WFO mandatory)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Experience Level : 6 to 8 years
The Role
We're looking for a senior Frontend Developer to join one of our product squads. You'll work closely with Product and Backend teams to define and ship the optimal user experience and contribute to our shared component library (UIkit) used across multiple products.
The Team :
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional squad alongside Backend developers and QA engineers and work day-to-day with 2 other Frontend developers already on the squad.
What you'll do :
- Take full ownership to build end-to-end back-office web applications
- Collaborate with Product Management and Backend teams on UX and API contracts
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards across the FE chapter
- Contribute reusable components to our shared UIkit library
What we're looking for :
Required :
- 6+ years of frontend development experience in production environments
- 4+ years with React (v18; v19 experience is a bonus)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS/Sass
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, Thunk, and RTK Query (RTKQ)
- Experience with MUI, Vite, CSS Modules, Storybook
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance at scale
- Experience building or maintaining a shared component library
Nice to Have :
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment workflows
- Experience with UI testing frameworks
- Experience working with AI coding agents / CLI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
