Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong exposure to international markets and global clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent business analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable working with international clients across different time zones and be open to working in a 2 : 00 PM onwards shift to support global business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with international clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

- Act as a bridge between international clients, business teams, product teams, and technical teams.

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder discussions, workshops, and client meetings.

- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.

- Support UAT, issue resolution, and implementation activities.

- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential business impacts.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.

- Handle multiple projects or client requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.

- Strong experience in handling international clients and global stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.

- Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to independently manage client discussions and requirements.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments would be an advantage.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar BA tools is preferred.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and software/product development processes.

- Willingness and flexibility to work in a 2 : 00 PM onwards IST shift to support international clients.

The ideal candidate should be someone who is confident in dealing directly with international clients, understands cross-cultural communication, can independently drive requirements, and is comfortable working in a global delivery environment.
