Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Voice Bot Developer with hands-on experience in real-time streaming AI systems.

You will be responsible for building scalable, low-latency voice bots using open-source technologies and deploying them in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop real-time voice bots using WebRTC, LiveKit, WebSockets, and telephony integrations

- Build and optimize ASR pipelines using Whisper, VAD, turn detection, and inference systems

- Fine-tune and deploy Generative AI models using Ollama, vLLM, and HuggingFace

- Optimize Text-to-Speech (TTS) streaming using Orpheus, Spark, Fish Audio, or similar open-source tools

- Design and implement Python-based inference microservices

- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for scalable AI deployment

- Ensure low-latency, high-performance, and secure voice streaming solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in real-time AI/voice streaming systems

- Strong expertise in Python (Advanced)

- Hands-on experience with :

1. WebRTC (Advanced)

2. Artificial Intelligence / ML (Advanced)

3. WebSockets (Intermediate)

4. Real-Time Stream Processing (Advanced)

- Experience with ASR, TTS, and conversational AI systems

- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, including model fine-tuning, quantization, and HuggingFace deployment

- Experience building low-latency, scalable microservices

- Familiarity with telephony integrations and real-time conversational workflows

- Important: Candidate must have worked primarily with open-source models (without relying on OpenAI, Azure, or Amazon Lex).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LiveKit or similar real-time communication frameworks

- Exposure to voice activity detection (VAD) and turn-taking systems

- Understanding of distributed systems and streaming architectures
