Role title : Product Manager, CCaaS , CPaaS

Location : Corporate/ Mumbai
Role purpose :
Business Management of the CCaaS, Cloud Telephony, Meta & Bots (Voice & Chat) portfolio comprising AI ML capability understanding, for maximum value creation for customers and business across their lifecycles. In addition, also manage the product across two partner platforms.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Planning for product roadmap finalization, revenue + market share aspirations, resource requirements and returns on investment.
- Extensive Go To Market work covering customer targeting, industry specific propositions, sales kits, trainings to deliver target revenue.
- Provide sales support in key deals as a Subject Matter Expert help qualify and close opportunities in a consulting role.
- Look for system and process improvements continuously to improve efficiency and reduce opportunity to revenue timeline.
- Being partner managed platforms, the role calls for high degree of collaboration with partners intersecting with internal teams. The PM needs to maintain a fine balance and unbiased progressive view in such interactions.
- Drive day-to-day product and revenue management by effectively interfacing with Network Operations, Product Development, Customer Service, Finance and Sales.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Deep understanding of CCaaS ,Cloud telephony, Meta & Bots (Voice & Chat) including AI/ML capabilities
- Sharp business acumen to identify opportunities that can be addressed through product propositions
- Go to market planning and execution
- High problem solving skills, out of box thinking and managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Strong systems and process orientation
Work Experience : 8+ Years
Professional qualifications (preferable) :
- Engineering Graduate / MBA - Blackblot/ Pragmatic Marketing/ similar certified
Budget owned :
- Responsible for VIBS revenues for the product category nationally, across all circles and segments. Target a 50 crs revenue in FY26 and deliver a 40% CAGR over 5 years on the portfolio,
Key performance indicators [max 4] :
- Product Revenue and Growth in line with DB, associated KPIs
- Product Capability enhancements and new product launches complementing existing products
- Annual and LRP planning market and customer insight, business objectives, depth of analysis, extent of detailing and timelines
- Improvement in product Life Cycle management
