We are seeking a DevOps Engineer responsible for automating application deployments, managing cloud infrastructure, and improving CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and secure application delivery. The role will focus on enhancing deployment automation, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing cloud operations across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Deployment Automation & CI/CD :

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment of applications.

- Automate application deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.

- Implement version control and release management practices.

- Ensure zero/minimal downtime deployments through automation and rollback mechanisms.

2. Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud platforms.

- Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize costs.

3. Monitoring & Reliability :

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and infrastructure issues.

- Support incident management and root cause analysis.

4. Security & Compliance :

- Implement secure DevOps practices (DevSecOps) in CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure deployments comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.

- Work with security teams to implement vulnerability management and patching processes.

5. Collaboration & Process Improvement :

- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams to streamline release processes.

- Drive continuous improvement in deployment automation and operational efficiency.

- Maintain documentation of deployment processes, infrastructure architecture, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab CI/CD, AWS/Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell)

- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)

DevOps Practices :

- Automated deployments and release pipelines

- Version control (Git)

- High availability architecture

- Incident management and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in financial services / NBFC / fintech environments

- Knowledge of cloud security best practices

- Experience implementing DevSecOps pipelines

- Experience managing production environments with high availability requirements

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering

- 4 - 8 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

- Relevant certifications (preferred) :

1. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

2. Azure DevOps Engineer

3. Kubernetes certifications
