Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced VisionPLUS Developer / SME with strong hands-on expertise in VisionPLUS, with CMS and VMX experience mandatory. The ideal candidate will combine strong development skills with deep knowledge of credit card processing systems and will be responsible for solution design, development, testing, production support, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, test, and support VisionPLUS applications for credit card processing systems.

- Work extensively on VisionPLUS CMS and VMX modules, including development, customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Design technical solutions and contribute to application architecture and development standards.

- Develop and maintain complex banking applications supporting credit card processing and related business functions.

- Perform coding, unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Provide production support for VisionPLUS applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution.

- Diagnose application and processing issues across VisionPLUS modules and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Lead technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and development activities.

- Act as a VisionPLUS technical SME and provide guidance on CMS, VMX, and credit card processing functionality.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to development team members.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, QA, production support, and other technology teams throughout the SDLC.

- Support SIT/UAT, releases, production deployments, and post-production stabilization.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, interfaces, and support procedures.

- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, maintainability, and operational support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in VisionPLUS development, implementation, and production support.

- Strong hands-on expertise in VisionPLUS CMS and VMX mandatory combination.

- Strong understanding of credit card processing systems and banking applications.

- Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and supporting complex VisionPLUS applications.

- Strong understanding of VisionPLUS architecture, modules, processing flows, and application integration.

- Experience translating functional requirements into technical designs and development solutions.

- Hands-on experience with production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

- Experience with application testing, defect resolution, releases, and deployment activities.

- Ability to act as a technical SME for VisionPLUS and credit card processing solutions.

- Experience leading technical activities, conducting code reviews, and mentoring development teams.

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with large banking or financial services environments is preferred.
