We are looking for a VisionPLUS Consultant with hands-on experience in at least one major VisionPLUS module. The role will involve understanding business requirements, analyzing existing processes, supporting solution design and implementation, and working closely with clients and technical teams in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, business challenges, and process gaps.

- Analyze existing processes and recommend appropriate VisionPLUS-based solutions.

- Provide hands-on functional and/or technical support across the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering through implementation and deployment.

- Develop, enhance, and support VisionPLUS applications based on business requirements.

- Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution and production activities.

- Collaborate with development, testing, business, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Apply financial services domain knowledge to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

- Stay updated with VisionPLUS capabilities, industry practices, and relevant technology trends.

- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2-6 years of experience in VisionPLUS development/consulting.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in at least one major VisionPLUS module, such as:

1. CMS

2. FAS

3. TRAMS/ITS

4. VMX

- Good understanding of Cards and Payments / Financial Services domain.

- Experience in requirement analysis, solution development, testing, and implementation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
