Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead who will be responsible for designing scalable enterprise solutions and leading a team of developers. The candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, ReactJS, and Azure cloud-native applications, along with experience in architecture, design, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and C#
- Architect and implement scalable and secure cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Develop and maintain RESTful services using ASP.NET Web API
- Collaborate with UI teams to build modern applications using ReactJS
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Mentor and guide a team of developers
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security standards
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and system reliability
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery
Required Skills :
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC
- Extensive experience building Web APIs
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS
- Experience with Azure cloud-native architecture
- Expertise in Entity Framework
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with application architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of Python scripting
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Exposure to event-driven architecture
- Experience with performance tuning and system scalability
Leadership Expectations :
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
