We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale IT transformation and AI-driven technology programs for regional and global business stakeholders. The role will be responsible for program strategy, roadmap execution, governance, financial and resource management, technical risk management, and client satisfaction.

Total Experience : 15-23 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT transformation, AI, and technology programs aligned with regional business objectives.

- Define and execute roadmaps for multi-year technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational priorities.

- Own program delivery across scope, quality, financials, timelines, resources, forecasts, and client satisfaction.

- Establish program governance, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, steering committees, and executive-level communication.

- Drive digital adoption and transformation initiatives across Japanese business units through effective stakeholder engagement and consensus building.

- Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring effective coordination of interdependencies, timelines, resources, and technical risks.

- Lead and mentor project managers and project teams, ensuring delivery quality, progress, and adherence to program objectives.

- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, technology partners, and third-party stakeholders, including contract and commercial negotiations.

- Negotiate and manage agreements, work orders, scope changes, estimates, budgets, and delivery commitments with internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify potential risks, threats, dependencies, and delivery challenges across current and future programs and drive appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and present program reports, dashboards, financial updates, risks, and key decisions to senior management and executive stakeholders.

- Plan future program activities by working with sponsors and stakeholders to understand requirements, define priorities, and establish delivery timelines.

- Identify opportunities within existing client accounts, contribute to project mining and revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships.

- Lead pre-sales and solutioning activities, including client discussions, proposals, estimates, scope definition, and technology-led opportunities.

- Ensure successful value delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and stakeholder confidence.

- Collaborate effectively with Japanese and global teams across different functions, geographies, and time zones.

- Stay current with emerging technology trends, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise IT to identify opportunities for innovation and business improvement.

Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience in IT, technology consulting, program management, or a related field, with significant experience leading large-scale technology programs.

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-year IT transformation and technology programs involving multiple projects and stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies, digital transformation, AI, and emerging technology trends.

- Experience in program governance, budgeting, financial management, resource planning, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting.

- Strong experience managing clients, vendors, third-party partners, contracts, scope changes, and commercial negotiations.

- Experience leading and mentoring project managers and cross-functional technology teams.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior business and technology leadership.

- Experience in pre-sales, account growth, project mining, proposal development, estimation, and solutioning.

- Native-level Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1/N2 certification with strong ability to communicate professionally in Japanese.

- Strong proficiency in English and Japanese, both written and verbal.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively with Japanese business stakeholders and global teams.
