Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, support, enhancement, and integration activities, with a strong understanding of financial processes and business requirements.

The candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions, streamline financial operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

- Work on SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments, including system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and support activities.

- Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP solutions.

- Handle core FI processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

- Work on CO processes, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing, as applicable.

- Configure and support SAP FSCM functionalities, such as Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Cash Management, depending on project requirements.

- Support financial closing activities, including month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Ensure integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and other relevant business applications.

- Participate in functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user documentation.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions within agreed service-level agreements.

- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF), where required.

- Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.

- Work with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and ensure compliance with financial controls and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 6 - 11 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration and business processes.

- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.

- Working knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP FSCM, particularly Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, or related functionalities.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting.

- Knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, especially MM and SD.

- Experience in requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver effective functional solutions.

- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration projects.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities.

- Experience in production support, incident management, and change request management.

- Knowledge of financial reporting, period-end closing, and internal financial controls.

- SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification would be an added advantage.
