Virtusa - Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder and OmniStudio to design, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in declarative development, data and integration processes, security configurations, and Salesforce customization, with exposure to programmatic development using Apex and LWC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.

- Develop and configure OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

- Customize Salesforce objects and user interfaces, including Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms, and custom fields.

- Configure Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Approval Processes, and standard Salesforce sharing and security settings.

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain data and integration processes using OmniStudio capabilities.

- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and troubleshooting of Salesforce configurations and solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and other technical stakeholders to deliver Salesforce enhancements.

- Where required, contribute to custom development using Apex Triggers, Apex Batch Classes, Apex Controllers, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Follow Salesforce development standards, security best practices, and deployment processes.

- Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous optimization of Salesforce solutions.

Requirements :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder, particularly Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.

- Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScript, Data Mapper, Integration Procedure, and FlexCard development/configuration.

- Hands-on experience with Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms, custom fields, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, and Approval Processes.

- Good understanding of Salesforce sharing, security, profiles, permission sets, and access configurations.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Good troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Apex Controllers, JavaScript, and LWC would be an advantage.
