Virtusa - Power Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate Desktop (PAD) to design, develop, automate, and enhance business applications and workflows. The ideal candidate should also have experience with AI Builder, Copilot, and Power BI and be able to translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation.

- Build reusable Power Platform solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.

- Leverage AI Builder and Copilot capabilities to enhance applications, automation, and business processes.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other Microsoft services.

- Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support for Power Platform solutions.

- Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Follow Power Platform development, security, governance, and environment management best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide support and knowledge transfer to users and team members.

Requirements :

- 5 - 10 years of overall IT experience, with 2 - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and desktop flow development.

- Hands-on experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

- Good hands-on experience with Power BI, including report and dashboard development.

- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs, databases, Microsoft services, and enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of automation, workflow design, application development, and business process optimization.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
