Job Description :

Architect with special emphasis to Domain Driven Design solution using Java, Microservices, kafka, AWS Glue, Apache Spark and AWS Cloud enabled Service

Key Skills :

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, REST APIs, Docker, Spring boot, Microservices

- Solid understanding of AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, Glue Jobs, S3, and RDS. Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Python/Shell .

- Strong Database integration around RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB

- Hands-on practical experience in system/solution design, and operational stability that align with business goals and requirements considering factors like performance, security, reliability, availability, observability, and compliance.

- Experience in provisioning AWS infrastructure through Terraform.

- Experience with Kafka for building event-driven architectures.

- Architect and manage enterprise-level databases with 24/7 availability

- Lead efforts on optimization, backup, and disaster recovery planning

- Design and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native apps

- Automate infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation

- Implement container orchestration using EKS and ECS

- Ensure cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization

- Monitor performance and implement high-availability setups

- Collaborate with dev, QA, and security teams; drive architecture decisions

- Knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML applications in banking.

- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams.

- Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and governance processes.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting banking product.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) based microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot.

- Architect scalable, resilient, and event-driven systems using Kafka.

- Design secure and high-performance REST APIs

- Architect and implement AWS-based solutions using : EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, AWS Glue, Apache Spark for data processing

- Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS).

- Architect and manage enterprise-grade databases (RDS, Aurora, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).

- Ensure 24/7 availability, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and failover planning.

Specialist Individual Contributor with a capacity to work closely and manage the technical leads across to help them resolve the issues and improvise with innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

- B.Tech / MCA / MTech / MS in any technical discipline

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in JAVA microservices, Kafka and Cloud engg.
