Virtusa - Integration Lead

Description :

- Analyze business requirement related to integration and translate it into integration specification (FS).

- Preparation/Documentations of System Design Document (SDD) and review unit and integration tests cases.

- Design and develop applications in compliance to functional specification and making specific determinations about system performance.

- Prototyping and researching alternative implementation strategies.

- Knowledge and experience of integrations and orchestration for Banking Mobile App.

- Monitor delivery of integration independently as per the pIan/ SLAs.

- Provide lead support during acceptance testing, implementation.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) arising from system disruption and gather required information and logs from the system for investigation.

- Vendor co-ordination and follow up with vendor for resolution and closure of the issues.

- Document results of tests and program specifications/ Technical Architecture documentation.

- Deploy bug fixes in test environment and perform SIT.

- Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production with relevant team.

- Knowledge transfer to the team for post-production support.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships :

- Member of the development/implementation/Support team working on assigned tasks, project activities and IT initiatives.

- Co-ordinates with members and other functional teams and provides oversight for deliverables from off-shore.

- Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities.

- Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/procedures, including change and incident management process.

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including, meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in implementing Corporate Banking systems, with a strong focus on mobile and digital channels.

- Extensive experience in integration and orchestration, API lifecycle management, and implementing OWASP security standards within mobile channel ecosystems.

- Prior exposure to Oracle Banking solutions including Oracle Banking Trade Finance (OBTF), Oracle Banking Trade Finance Process Management (OBTFPM), Oracle FLEXCUBE Trade modules, Oracle Banking Payments, Virtual Accounts, and Liquidity solutions; experience with OBDX is an added advantage.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities with a solid understanding of system development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Well-versed in SDLC processes, quality assurance practices, and change management frameworks.

- Good working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for service development and delivery.

- Proficient in handling SOAP-based web services, RESTful APIs over HTTP, and file-based integrations using File Nodes.

- Hands-on experience with EAI tools such as RFHUTIL and SOAPUI.

- Experienced in creating and managing MQ objects in alignment with application and integration requirements.

- A collaborative team player with a systematic approach, quick adaptability to new technologies, and a high level of self-motivation.
