Description :



The Project Manager AI will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AI-driven initiatives and digital transformation projects. This role requires strong coordination across data science, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are delivered efficiently, ethically, and aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate combines traditional project management expertise with an understanding of AI/ML lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless integration from ideation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :



- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics for AI initiatives.


- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.


- Ensure alignment of AI projects with business strategy and priorities.


- Drive end-to-end execution from concept, development, testing, to deployment.

Stakeholder Management :



- Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external vendors.


- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.


- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to leadership.


- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

AI/ML Project Coordination :


- Coordinate across AI/ML lifecycle stages : data collection, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.


- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.


- Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethics, and compliance standards.


- Support model deployment and integration into production systems.

Risk & Issue Management :



- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early.


- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.


- Track and resolve project issues in a timely manner.

Performance Tracking & Reporting :



- Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and budgets.


- Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders.


- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Process Improvement & Governance :



- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks.


- Drive adoption of best practices in Agile and hybrid methodologies.


- Continuously improve project delivery processes and team efficiency.


- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and compliance standards.

Team Leadership :



- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.


- Mentor junior team members and support team development.


- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.

Qualifications :

Required :



- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments.


- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.


- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
