About the Role :

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to drive product design across complex B2B SaaS experiences. The role requires a strong combination of hands-on product design, design systems, AI-first product thinking, and people/team leadership.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing desktop/web-based B2B SaaS products, with the ability to work across complex workflows and translate business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product design for complex B2B SaaS products, from discovery and user flows through wireframes, prototypes and final UI.

- Own design problems across complex workflows and translate them into simple, scalable user experiences.

- Drive and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability and usability across products.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to define and deliver product experiences.

- Use AI tools for product discovery, ideation, prototyping and design workflows, while applying strong design judgment and knowing when to challenge or override AI-generated solutions.

- Mentor and guide designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

- Take ownership of major design initiatives and influence product direction through design.

- Establish design standards and best practices across teams.

- Present design decisions and concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements :

- 8-12 years of relevant Product/UX Design experience.

- Strong experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise software products.

- Strong experience designing desktop/web-first products rather than primarily mobile applications.

- Experience working on complex enterprise workflows and data-heavy products.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma.

- Demonstrated experience building or working extensively with Design Systems.

- Practical experience using AI tools for design/prototyping/product workflows.

- Experience leading design initiatives/projects from conception to delivery.

- Experience managing or mentoring designers/team members.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

- Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business requirements and technical constraints.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise SaaS / Product companies.

- Experience working on products used by business/professional users.

- Experience with complex desktop/web applications.

- Experience scaling design systems across multiple products or teams.

- Experience in AI-first or AI-enabled product development.

- Candidates from strong product organizations with a proven track record of shipping SaaS products.

Education :

A degree in Design, UX, Interaction Design, Product Design, HCI or a related field is preferred.

Leadership Expectations :

This is a Staff-level individual contributor/leadership role.

The candidate should be able to remain hands-on with design while also :

- Mentoring and managing designers.

- Owning large/complex design initiatives.

- Influencing product strategy.

- Establishing design standards.

- Collaborating with senior Product and Engineering stakeholders.

- Potentially growing into a broader Design Manager/leadership role.
